To celebrate the Overwatch Anniversary 2019, a bunch of new content has been added as well as the old being unlocked, and the game is also free to play from May 21st – May 28th. The anniversary event runs from May 21st 2019 – June 10th 2019.
Simply logging into Overwatch will also award you with a free anniversary loot box which will contain at least one legendary item.
New skins, voice lines, emotes, poses and more have been introduced to celebrate the anniversary. Previous events such as the Halloween, Christmas and Chinese New Year events have also been unlocked for players to buy skins, emotes, voice lines or sprays etc. from.
While D.Va’s new skin didn’t break the internet as rumored it still looks pretty cool. Players felt that Mei’s Honeydew skin was a bit more of a conversation topic.

One eagle eyed player on Reddit noticed that D.Va’s skin had been hiding in the game all this time. All you have to do is look at D.Va’s computer screen in her room!
